Ongoing Summertime Events
Wednesdays, May 16-Sep 12, 2108 -- Music by the Sea Free Concert Series 2018 -- 6:00pm-9:00pm
A popular weekly event at the Pier Pavilion offering a variety of musical entertainment ranging from classic rock, pop, jazz, blues, reggae, disco and country as well as a different local restaurant each week serving affordable, delicious food.
Thursdays, May 31-Aug 30, 2018 -- Concerts in the Plaza 2018 -- 7:00pm-9:00pm
Another popular event, Thursday evenings features different musical entertainment each week in the Plaza.
Wednesdays, Jun 6-Aug 1, 2018 -- Summer Movie Series 2018 -- 8:30pm
Yet another fun, family event, enjoy a free movie on Wednesday nights in Colonial Oak Music Park.
June Events
June 16, 2018 -- Battle of Bloody Mose Commemoration -- 10:00am-3:00pm
Come experience the award-winning commemoration of the 1740 Spanish victory at the “Battle of Bloody Mose” featuring a military encampment and combined muster of Florida Living History, Inc.’s volunteers and the Fort Mose Militia, as well as British and Scottish living-history troops from across the Southeast and local volunteers.
June 21-23 & 28-30, 2018 -- St. Augustine Music Festival -- 7:30pm
If you enjoy classical music, then check out one or all of these free concerts at the Cathedral Basilica.
July Events
July 4, 2018 -- Fireworks Over the Matanzas -- 6:00pm-10:00pm
One of the best places to celebrate the 4th of July is downtown St. Augustine with a concert in the Plaza at 6:00pm, then fireworks at 9:30pm set off from a barge in Matanzas Bay.
