Reggae-rock favorites Slightly Stoopid returns to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre with their Schools Out For Summer 2018 Tour featuring special guests Stick Figure and Pepper on Thursday, July 19, 2018.
Slightly Stoopid is the Ocean Beach, California based group led by co-founders and multi-instrumentalists Kyle McDonald and Miles Doughty, along with drummer Ryan “Rymo” Moran, percussionist Oguer “OG” Ocon, saxophonist Daniel “Dela” Delacruz, keyboardist Paul Wolstencroft, trumpet and trombone player Andy Geib, plus special guest and “unofficial 8th member” Karl Denson (The Rolling Stones/Greyboy Allstars). Known for their fusion of folk, rock, reggae and blues with hip-hop, punk, funk and D.I.Y. work ethic, Slightly Stoopid has currently sold over 900,000 records on their own Stoopid Records label. Their most recent studio album “Meanwhile… Back at the Lab” reached #3 on the Billboard Top Alternative Albums chart and #37 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart.
