Geocaching is an interactive high-tech treasure hunt that teaches geography and outdoor recreation skills using hand-held GPS devices or smartphones. Participants use location coordinates to find caches, or in this case, Easter eggs! Come learn the basics of this great family activity while celebrating with your family!
Bring a water bottle, walking shoes, and proper outdoor clothes. Bring a handheld GPS unit if you have one. A limited amount of GPS devices will be provided to borrow for this program, so please only RSVP one name per group and share one GPS for your group. YOU MUST RSVP TO PARTICIPATE. This program is free with regular park admission fees. ($8.00 per vehicle. Limit 2-8 people per vehicle. $4.00 per single-occupant vehicle. $2.00 per pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass).
